Just Breathe

What if you could just simply breathe and feel orgasmic everyday?  Lately one of my client was sharing with me that he was on the bus and was breathing the way I shared with him with no touch. In a couple of minutes, he felt the wave of orgasmic energy. He had to stop what he was doing since he was in a public place. That is how power our breath can be.


How we breath is how we live. If we are feeling stress, anxious or unhappy with life, we tend to have shallow breath. And if we are not taking enough oxygen, there is no way that we can experience orgasmic energy.


Start to pay attention to your breath, be it at work, at home, when you masturbate or during sex.  Are you breathing correctly and deep enough? Breathe like a baby, with the stomach goes up and down.  That is our optimal and natural way of breathing using the diaphragm. Most adults have lost that, due to trauma, stress and poor habits.
